TERROIR
Restaurant and wine bar with over 450 references, featuring a beautiful terrace and bistronomic cuisine
After opening Le Décanteur in Pessac, then La Table du Décanteur in Le Bouscat, the Baudet brothers and chef Paul Andréjac have set up shop in the heart of the new Amédée-Saint-Germain district. Their bistronomic restaurant, also a wine bar with over 450 references, extends its beautiful terrace at the foot of the cisterns built in the XIXᵉ century for steam engine traffic and listed as Historic Monuments. And what a sight inside! Breakthroughs in the bottle wall give a view of the kitchens. The menu is deliberately small.
