Le M is an exceptional address sublimated by two chefs: Arno Busquet and David Personnaz. The kitchen is open and allows you to see them in action. On the plate, creative recipes: shank ravioli, spinach foam and glazed onions, freshly seared scallops with orange and coriander endives... For dessert, we start with a classic: a melt-in-the-mouth chocolate puck with vanilla ice cream. The lunch formula has three starters, three main courses and three desserts: everything is sublimely prepared with refinement, flavours and delicacy.
