Chic, tastefully decorated hotel with private cinema and semi-gastronomic restaurant

Closed for 2 years, the Burdigala (former name of Bordeaux in Roman times) has reopened its doors, upgrading from 4 to 5 stars. Everything has been rethought and redone. The decor is refined and chic, with noble materials (wood and velvet) blending with natural colors in an intimate, cosy atmosphere. Contemporary art takes pride of place on the walls of the rooms and suites, in the bar and in the restaurant. On the second floor, you can enjoy a drink on the terrace or under the glass roof. Plus: a private cinema and a semi-gastronomic restaurant.

Notre séjour commence par un accueil très agréable de Dylan, un coup d'œil dans le sublime salon où l'on prend le petit déjeuner (très copieux avec de très bons produits) ainsi que le bar qui propose des cocktail et des snacks (très bons également). Une belle chambre. Une literie de qualité. Peignoirs, chaussons, netflix, produits de beauté, machine à café, thé Damman, tout est vraiment mis en œuvre pour que l'on se sente bien. Cet hôtel mérite ses 5 étoiles. Le personnel y est irréprochable, toujours à l'écoute et serviable. Mention particulière à l'équipe du matin (Fama, Nicolas, Jeremy) les nouveaux spécialistes du Chai Latte. Une petite salle de sport mais bien équipée. Le restaurant madame B qui est très bon lui aussi. Centre ville accessible très rapidement à pied. En résumé, tout est vraiment parfait. 4 nuitées exceptionnelles malgré la tempête présente dans la région. Nous reviendrons. Pour tester le spa (pas encore fonctionnel) ainsi que découvrir la verrière (qui s'annonce incroyable).

Un hôtel parfait à tout point de vue. Le personnel aux petits soins, un petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux et des chambres de rêve. Un grand merci au concierge, Ottavio qui nous a été d une aide incroyable dans l organisation de notre séjour bordelais.

Hôtel magnifique ! Cadre parfait. Le personnel est à l’écoute et le service client efficace. Ottavio est très soucieux de nos besoins et aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se déroule parfaitement.

Un hôtel où on se sent bien ! La chambre est petite mais cosy et le personnel est extrêmement agréable. La restauration au Madame B est de bonne qualité. Un peu excentré mais en moins de 10min à pied on est dans le centre.
