Muy céntrico,me ha gustado mucho la ubicación en el centro,muy amable la recepcionista Amelia y las vistas de la habitación,un poco caro por la época del año, está por encima del resto de hoteles de la misma categoría

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Madame deux nuits en octobre et tout s'est merveilleusement bien déroulé.
Nous avons été accueillis par un charmant jeune homme qui, par ailleurs, nous a parfaitement conseillé sur les activités/restaurants à faire.
L'hôtel est parfaitement située au centre de la ville. Quant à la chambre, elle était propre, spacieuse et bien insonorisée.
Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Unfortunately when I arrived there was dog hair all over the duvet cover on the bed . The room was also very very very small and it was not clean, when I opened the window to the interior, it smelled very very bad like dead animals. I Had to leave the hotel at 10pm because they couldn’t clean my room at that time that i arrived and I refused to stay the night in the dirty room with the smell and dog hair. Had to go out and look for another hotel at that time and pay double the amount booking for a last minute hotel. The only reason I gave it a 2 star is because the staff acted reasonable and I was refunded immediately. But I don’t recommend this hotel if you are looking for clean and comfort.

Do due stelle solo perché il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e la posizione ottima. Il resto purtroppo lascia veramente a desiderare. 157€ a notte è veramente un furto considerando che le camere sono minuscole, sporche (polvere in tutti gli angoli e sotto il letto ho visto un unghia tagliata) e mal tenute (oltre a essere tutto nero ammuffito si stava scrostando il silicone dalla doccia). Inoltre il letto ha un materasso troppo morbido e scomodissimo dove si affonda. Per concludere faceva caldissimo e non ha l'aria condizionata. Solo un Dyson che abbiamo dovuto tenere acceso tutta la notte ma che muoveva solo aria calda e non raffreddava. Purtroppo non posso consigliare questo hotel.

Emplacement exceptionnel, chambres agréables, calmes et surtout un accueil remarquable avec des conseils sur les lieux à visiter, les restaurants et les boulangeries à ne pas manquer et le tout avec le sourire. Nous avons suivi vos conseils et nous avons été pleinement satisfaits. Franchement, bravo pour votre accueil continuez comme cela, cela vous démarque tellement des autres et cela est extrêmement appréciable.
