This place is in an ideal location, less than five minutes walk from the tram stop. The rooms are a good size and had all we required. Quite and warm, comfortable big bed. The restaurant on the seventh floor has excellent views and a terrace that would be lovely to use in the summer. Breakfast was excellent, although they need to be quicker at replenishing the items/dishes that are used. While the evening menu was tasty, the choices were rather limited. Staff in all areas were excellent.

While the exterior of the hotel is pretty uninspiring, the room was super stylish and the bed huge and comfortable. We chose to stay here as it is dog friendly although 20 euros for the dog is a steep price given they provided no dog-related amenities (no bowl, bed or treats like most other dog-friendly hotels we've stayed at). The location is perfect to walk or take a tram to the centre. The front desk staff were lovely and eager to help although unfortunately we got recommended a terrible restaurant for dinner (Chez Les Ploucs - don't do it, do your own research!).
