Un hôtel très agréable. Belles décorations de chambre et des espaces partagés, restaurant panoramique, prestations de belle qualité et surtout… une très très belle qualité de service de la part de toutes les équipes, compétentes, souriantes, prévenantes.

Such a good hotel. After first hiccup- was downgraded from a premium room to a standard room. But that was quickly solved by Celine at the front desk - upgrading me the first night to a large room and then the next 3 nights to a suite. So good staff at this hotel - from front desk to cleaning staff to the breakfast restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful - good food and brilliant views of the city rooftops and river Garonne. This is definitively one of my best hotel stays ever.

Hotel situé dans le centre de bordeaux, idéal pour un couple désirant visiter cette ville.
Toit terrasse magnifique et chambre spacieuse et confort.
Petit plus pour le lit king size !
Télé qui possède le chromecast.
Quelques petits ratés: téléphone qui ne fonctionne pas, prises qui ne fonctionne pas, petit déjeuner indiqué à la mauvaise heure. Mais le personnel a été au petit soin pour résoudre tout les problèmes ! Nous avons eu le petit déjeuner dans la chambre et nous avons eu pleins d'excuses et une ristourne sur le prix.
Les problèmes arrivent, tant qu'ils sont résolus et pris avec sérieux, rien n'est grave.

reat hotel with freindly staff. only real complaint is the room is very dark due to being painted very dark blue.
