Bonsoir moi et ma femme nous vivons dans une tente il se trouve qu'on a réservé une nuit à l'hôtel Ibis budget de jardin botanique à Bordeaux alors que ma femme était dans un état lamentable la gentille directrice nous a refusé l'accès à l'hôtel car soi-disant on aurait laissé la chambre minable alors que c'est faux on est resté quasiment 2 semaines on a payé hyper cher et c'est comme ça qui traite leurs clients c'est vraiment lamentable faudrait que cette directrice soit punie pour ce qu'elle vient de faire merci de votre compréhension et à bientôt pas trop vite non plus bonne soirée

Vehicule fracturé dans le parking payant de l'hotel et aucun remboursement
Lors de mon séjour de 3 nuits à l'hôtel ibis Bordeaux Centre Bastide j'ai opté pour le parking payant de l'hôtel et me suis garé sur une place réservée à cet effet. En récupérant mon véhicule j'ai constaté que la custode arrière gauche était cassée, comme deux autres véhicules stationnés sur des emplacements Ibis. Bilan j'ai payé pour me faire casser ma voiture et Accord n'a même pas voulu me rembourser mon parking.
En conclusion : Surtout ne pas prendre le parking payant.

I loved the very modern principle of this hotel.The shower cubicles do not have a location for clothing.The variety of breakfast is quite standart. The hotel's location is ideal!
