Reservei 2 quartos para um total de 7 pessoas, 4 adultos 3 crianças. Mesma reserva preço dos quartos iguais. Serviços diferentes no quarto, faltou num deles máquina de café, frigorífico, robe, chinelos ect... Um quarto mais moderno outro mais desactualizado. Falei com a recepção várias vezes, fui informado que era mesmo assim. Um quarto no 7° andar e o outro no 1°andar.
Se o preço é o mesmo se a reserva era igual, porquê não foi igual??
Agora os funcionários eram extremamente simpáticos e profissionais, ambiente muito descontraído.Exelente localização

Hôtel bien placé mais environnement assez banal
En revanche très proche du tram A et direct jusqu’à l'aéroport et au centre ville qui est vraiment un plus

Hotel is in very good location. Just a few minutes off the tram from airport. Lots of coffee shops and minimarkets around. Short walking distance to the city center. Perfect for city break with kids. Rooms were good size with sofabed if needed. The only issue for us was that rooms did not have mini fridge and there was no drinking water in the rooms.

Un personnel d’accueil exceptionnel , tout particulièrement Malo et Kévin , qui ont été tout autant accueillant qu’efface , ce qui est très appréciable .

Nous recommandons l’établissement à 100% et le concept restaurant au top !
