Located not far from the Place du Parlement, this intimate venue offers only champagne. This idea comes from the restaurateur Hervé Mie, associated with Jean-Marc Salva. In a pleasant setting with exposed stone walls, curled up in one of the large vintage and elegant armchairs, try the experience and take part in a tasting session.
