How do you get past the Grand Bar Castan? Known for its rockery decor and opened in 1890 by M. Castan himself, it is one of the city's historic bars. With its Art Nouveau style, it contributes to the beauty of the docks' facade. A few details - tinplate furniture, lighting, toilets in a contemporary style - create a fusion between yesterday and today... The renovated quays, the view over the Garonne, a large terrace, some tapas at the end of the afternoon: it's a nice place to have a drink with friends or to enjoy a croque-monsieur followed by a good pancake with Nutella. And for those with a sweet tooth, enjoy the wide choice of ice cream at the Glacier du Castan, just next door

Endroit très original, la déco est assez unique! Le menu du midi est plutôt copieux et bon! Je recommande, place en terrasse proche des quais, sympa!

Cadre très original pour ce café de type Art Deco. Terrasse tres agreable lorsqu'il fait beau. Les énormes croque-monsieur au pain brioché sont à tester absolument. Belle carte de crêpes et de glaces.
