LES FURIES DOUCES
Two girlfriends, Carole and Audrey, who are passionate about wine, food and music, have opened a wine and tapas bar in this lively Notre-Dame street. They have taken over Atelier 109 and have kept the green front that corresponds to their "natural" side. Inside, the spirit remains the same: wood, macramé, antique furniture, hanging plants and an upright piano for musical evenings... In order to stand out from other establishments of the same kind, the two girls have decided to focus exclusively on wines from winegrowers for their feminine touch, which appeals to both women and men. And if you come first and foremost to have a drink, you can also accompany it with some homemade and organic tapas: ceviche or fish tartar, boiled egg and mouillettes, sesame hummus, cold cuts board. Once a week, Audrey and Carole organize meetings with a sommelier, tastings with food and wine pairing under the guidance of a winemaker, concerts, and a musical brunch
