LE BAR A VIN DU CIVB
Bordeaux wine tasting in a bar-restaurant with a terrace offering cheeses or cold meats.
The wine bar of the CIVB (Conseil Interprofessionnel du Vin de Bordeaux) is located on the ground floor of the Hôtel Gobineau, an 18th century building that houses the Maison du Vin de Bordeaux, where the CIVB has its headquarters. This building stands out by its decoration: monumental stained-glass windows by Buthaud, Aubusson tapestry, ultra-comfortable designer furniture made by a local architect, not forgetting the large bar. Here you will taste a selection of about thirty wines exclusively served by the glass from the Bordeaux appellations, reds, rosés, whites, crémants and clairets. To accompany this discovery, you will be able to order delicious plates of cheese or charcuterie. All served by a passionate sommelier who will advise and guide you to help you see more clearly during your wine tour. In summer, enjoy the sunny terrace on the alleys of Tourny, with one of the most beautiful views of the Grand Théâtre.
