Located a stone's throw from the Victory and the Capuchins, the Titi Twister is a nod to the Titty Twister, the famous Mexican bar full of vampires in which George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino are trapped in the film A Night in Hell. Here, don't worry, the atmosphere is warm, with no unpleasant surprises. Here, Belgian beers are in the spotlight, whether draught or bottled.
