Here's a great weekend ahead! The Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux organizes a rich program starting on Thursday and ending on Sunday. Saturday is made up of tastings of more than a hundred Grands Crus with meetings with the winemakers and oenologists of the estates, and a fine dinner in prestigious chateaux with, of course, food and wine pairings. Sunday will be devoted to tours through the Bordeaux vineyards, a lunch at the château and even a golf tournament to attend or participate in the Union Cup. The tournament is followed by a lunch around great vintages in the beautiful setting of the Médoc Golf Course.
