A genuine civic and gourmet initiative, the Refugee Food Festival aims to change the way we look at refugees, by promoting their culinary heritage and encouraging their professional integration. The 2024 program in Bordeaux includes a Syrian aperitif workshop at Marie Curry, Sri Lankan bakery creations at Grain, a Franco-Nigerian dinner at Les Récoltants and an Afghan dinner at Kedem, to name but a few!
