Aboard his red '80s van, chef Yoann Rebaudo cooks meats and fish a la plancha with a taste of the Southwest. Duck breast, burger, pulled pork... Menus are drawn up in advance (vegetarian possible) and prepared in this atypical vintage estafette! Brunch can be either French or Anglo-Saxon. Yoann covers the whole of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region for your private and professional events (seminars, team building...). Le Gavroche Food-truck also rents out decorations and beer taps....
