Chef Yoann Rebaudo criss-crosses the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region with his Gavroche food-truck for both private and business events.

Aboard his red '80s van, chef Yoann Rebaudo cooks meats and fish a la plancha with a taste of the Southwest. Duck breast, burger, pulled pork... Menus are drawn up in advance (vegetarian possible) and prepared in this atypical vintage estafette! Brunch can be either French or Anglo-Saxon. Yoann covers the whole of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region for your private and professional events (seminars, team building...). Le Gavroche Food-truck also rents out decorations and beer taps....

La Gavroche a réalisé le repas du dîner de noel de notre association sportive. Dîner pour 110 personnes, plats et desserts. Cela s’est très bien passé.

Gavroche s’est occupé de notre brunch de mariage et c’était parfait. Les frites et les burgers étaient délicieux, leur camion est beau, et ils ont réussi à servir 140 personnes sans aucun problème. Nous les recommandons vivement !
