ANAH (AGENCE NATIONALE POUR L'AMÉLIORATION DE L'HABITAT)
ANAH is a State public institution established in 1971 with delegations in each department. Its mission is to implement the national policy for the development and improvement of the existing private housing park. To achieve this objective, it encourages the execution of work by granting grants to owners, landlords, rental housing owners and co-owners. His social vocation leads him to focus on the most modest audiences. In 2010, ANAH adopted a new aid scheme. It allows it to refocus its interventions on the social issues that best characterize the private park today, with three priority axes: the fight against undignified and very degraded habitat; the most modest owners of the occupiers, with strong intervention on the fight against energy insecurity and taking account of adaptation needs linked to the loss of autonomy; the targeting of assistance to landlords on dwellings showing a significant degree of degradation.
