Bouygues Immobilier's size promoter is a creator of places of life. Private residences, eco-neighbourhoods, the company claims to anticipate real estate regulations. Bouygues Immobilier was certified ISO 9001 this year with over 6000 BBC units. In Bordeaux, this is the company behind the eco-neighbourhood Ginko. It is a very recently released area, still under construction, opposite Bordeaux Lake. Based on sustainable development, the neighbourhood does not only develop homes, but also places of common living places: sports equipment, shops, bicycle paths, everything in an environment that wants to be as végétalisé as possible, and even a canal. Ginko must therefore eventually become an eco-neighbourhood or the housing is ecological and integrated in a living neighbourhood.
