PLATEFORME AUTONOMIE SENIORS (CLIC - MAIA - CTA)
The Autonomy Seniors platform includes three complementary devices for the autonomy of older people:
The Local Information and Coordination Center (CLIC). CLIC is intended for the elderly and their families. The mission of this «one-stop shop» is to welcome and inform older persons, identifying their needs and possible crisis situations. It shall provide them with appropriate information: advice and information about benefits, home help services, types of accommodation… A personalized welcome: an analysis of your request, assistance in your dealings and a relationship with the competent services close to you. Prevention actions: a comprehensive assessment of your needs, taking into account your entire situation and a proposal for a home aid plan, as well as exchange and information groups for family caregivers who accompany someone with Alzheimer's disease.
The Method of Action for the Integration of Aid and Care Services in the Field of Autonomy (MAIA). MAIA helps to improve the readability of the aid and care system.
Territorial Co-ordination Coordination (CCO), which ensures the operational functioning of the new PAERAP mechanism for the prevention of loss of autonomy for persons aged 75 and over.
