Bordeaux Métropole has set up walking itineraries for the whole family, to discover the area's natural and heritage treasures. Covering more than 140 kilometers and twenty communes, there are twelve itineraries to choose from: the Eau Bourde valley, the Garonne hillsides, the Parc des Jalles, the forests of the West, the marshes of the peninsula, the banks of the Garonne and many more, all of which can be found in this guide... Good to know: if you're lucky enough, you'll be able to stay for free in one of these original peri-urban refuges if you book in advance!
