The prestigious hotel of the Earl of Roly was built according to the drawings of Victor Louis, architect of the Grand Théâtre. It is just opposite the latter, its facade is of the same length, thus making a mirror effect. It is now home to the Grand Hôtel de Bordeaux, realized in a classic style like the buildings of the same era and its restaurant the Argent Press, led by Gordon Ramsey. There is a commercial level with a mezzanine and over three floors.
