You can't pass by (or over) without being impressed by this bridge linking the Bacalan district to the Bastide district. It was designed to blend in with the landscape. You'll probably be surprised to see this central span raised to let the cruise ships pass. You can make a nice loop between the Pont de Pierre and the Chaban bridge. A beautiful 7 km walk to admire Bordeaux right bank and left bank!

On ne peut pas le rater, grand élégant et tellement intéressant à regarder quand il se lève pour laisser entrer et sortir les bateaux.

un pont "animé"
Bon ce pont est situé assez loin du centre ville mais par les quais et juste à côté de la cité du vin, vous ne pouvez le manquer. Bel outil de technologie et de style moderne, dommage pour nous sur nos 2 jours on n'a pas vu le pont se lever. Le passage piéton sur le pont est très agréable (éviter temps de pluie et période de vent).
