A place to stroll and relax, the public garden houses an arboretum, a library and the Natural History Museum

The Jardin Public's ten hectares of greenery make it an unmissable place to stroll and relax. All the more so since it's home to the Guignol theater, run by the Guérin family since 1853! The old-fashioned carousel attracts children of all ages, and a historic replica of the famous boat Le Petit Mousse sails on the water. The café-restaurant l'Orangerie offers a lovely setting for lunch, a snack or a coffee. The Jardin Public is also home to an arboretum, a library and the Natural History Museum.

Remarkable garden. Open all year round. Open from 7 am to 8 pm from April 1 to May 31 and from September 1 to 30; from 7 am to 9 pm from June 1 to August 31; from 7 am to 7 pm from October 1 to 31 and from February 15 to March 31; from 7 am to 6 pm from November 1 to February 14. Free admission. Children's area (children's library, puppet theater, playgrounds). Unclassified" dogs are allowed on a leash, as are second-category dogs on a leash and muzzled.

Ce jardin n est pas tres grand mais il permet de se metre au vert dans un quartier tres bien place. On peut s installer sur l herbe au bord de l eau et meme profiter d une boite de lecture ou trouver des livres deposes gratuitement pour tous.On peut aussi y faire son jogging en compagnie des canards....

Le rendez-vous de nombreux Bordelais recherchant de beaux espaces verts pour s'oxygéner, pique-niquer, lire ou tout simplement s'allonger sur l'herbe. Un vrai lieu de détente en plein centre ville.

Agréable jardin public situé en plein centre ville où l'on on peut se promener avec les enfants pendant des heures. On peut y voir des arbres, des belles fleurs , un bassin , des ponts, des cygnes et des canards. Il fait le bonheur des petits et des grands.

Écrin de verdure accessible en tramway (ligne C arrêt Jardin public). Le parc est un havre de paix et de verdure. Présence d'animaux, fontaines à eau et wc public automatique et gratuit. Vous pouvez aussi profiter du jardin botanique qui a vocation scientifique.
