Promenade with a multitude of chalets and a cultural kiosk at the end of the avenue, selling tickets for various shows
"I will make it the most beautiful city in the Kingdom." It is with a very personal modesty that the Intendant Louis-Urbain Aubert, Marquis de Tourny, thought of "his" alleys, which were built in 1745. This walk presents a beautiful series of facades built between 1745 and 1760 between Place Tourny and the Grand Théâtre. At No. 37, the beautiful Meyer Hotel housed the German poet Hölderlin, who wrote a poem about Bordeaux there. There are many restaurants, travel agencies, beautiful shops and high-end hotels. Each year, Les Allées hosts festive events such as the Christmas market in December and, at the beginning of the summer, the Epicuriales. The alleys of Tourny are then adorned with a multitude of chalets housing artists, craftsmen and catering trades. At the end of the alley, on the Grand Théâtre side, you can contact the culture kiosk that sells tickets for various shows, and distributes Bordeaux Culture free of charge. You will even fall back into childhood for a short ride on the wooden horses!

it is a place of life which blends chocolatier, shops of wine or quality restaurants
it is also a festive place that adorns as its culinary clothes for the épicuriales as its bullfighter's costumes and figures for Christmas market
