Arthur Audibert lived in North America and Paris before returning home, having trained with some of the world's greatest master roasters. Six types of fine coffee are roasted on site: mochas, red bourbon, yellow varieties, blends and - sacrilege - decaffeinated. The owner particularly appreciates gentle roasting and tasting methods. While the roasting workshop is based on the right bank in Darwin, the café-boutique is located in the heart of the city, and offers pastries and cakes to accompany your coffee break.
