SAVEURS D'AQUITAINE - ÉPICERIE FINE
Located opposite the famous Place des Quinconces, Saveurs d'Aquitaine is aptly named. All the local products are gathered here: caviar, winter and summer truffles, foie gras and great Bordeaux wines... As for the restaurant, be prepared to be surprised during the "creative tastings", to use the managers' expression. Every day, the menu is full of ideas: truffle brouillade, scallop snacks, mini beef burger with parmesan cheese, hot apple sauce... In a chic and elegant décor with shades of grey, you can enjoy all the regional specialities. The address was imagined by Mathieu Trellu, the original truffle grower and owner of the premises.
