Frédéric Chaix lived for 15 years in Madagascar. Throughout this life experience, he has cultivated a special taste for local products and, in particular, for the most famous vanilla. When he returns to France in 2007, it is with the idea of creating La Case vanilla, a trade in which I offers original gourmet products dedicated to vanilla. The man is also master vinegar. He is the creator of vanilla vinegars and authentic fruit (vanilla, raspberry, mango, passion, fruit of the sun, red pepper), vanilla vinegar syrup and Papua vanilla vanilla vinegar cream. The recipes developed in his studio are original and top secret!
