Alexandre Cayelli, a former jeweller, put the Ile de Beauté in the heart of Bordeaux. At his place, you can taste real Corsican products and not "Corsican style". He carefully selects his charcuterie, his cheese, his olive oil, his beers and his wines that he brings from the "village" to make us discover them. And be careful ladies, you will be charmed: he always tries to put forward products made by women, "more accomplished", according to him.
