The patisserie, accessible to all, offers a whole range of pure butter cake batters (plain, lemon, chocolate, caramel...) and dessert preparations (fondants, canelés, vanilla/caramel custards, pistachio, coffee, chocolate, instant breakfasts...), not forgetting the famous cream that has made the brand famous.
