This all-white bakery produces bread - largely by cut and weight - and organic Viennese pastries. Everything is homemade. And icing on the cake, this bakery sells farm products, delicatessen, wine and organic sweet sweets including the famous Landes pastis. Sébastien, the boss, inherited from his father baking the taste of good and authentic.
