LA P’TITE BOULANGERIE
Pascal Rigo, a baker who has lived in the United States for many years, Florence Mero, a business developer, and Arnaud Chevalier, a baker and pastry chef who graduated from the Ferrandi school, launched their first P'tite Boulangerie in Cap-Ferret. In Bordeaux, two new P'tite Boulangeries have been opened in Les Chartrons and Les Halles de Bacalan, where the dough is kneaded and the bread is baked on site. The 100% organic products come mainly from the South West. The range is varied: a hot baguette, a ficellapero of friends, a pie too-capian, etc.
