Right in the heart of town, the store, with its old-fashioned paintings and gilding, presents a farandole of refined delicacies: ganaches, pralines, marrons glacés (in season), fruit jellies and other marzipan... House specialties include Guinettes Bordelaises, cellar-macerated cherries soaked in kirsch before being immersed in a cocoa bath, and Diamants Noirs, grape truffles macerated in Fine de Bordeaux.
