Robert's legacy is no longer... The cheesemaker gave his property to the two Dumas brothers. In their Bordeaux laboratory, they make ice creams, artisanal pastries - and cones - using water from the Abatilles and regional products! They are not rookies in the profession, as they have already worked in ice cream not at the North Pole, but on the Ile de Ré, among other places. This is their first trade and they are determined to make us salivate in front of their creative and original creations. Throughout the day they treat us to sweet pleasures, but they also prepare hearty breakfasts, brunches and savoury delicacies (pies, tarts)
