L'ANGÉLYS
Denis Lavaud, the master ice cream maker from Charente, opened his first store in Bordeaux, 25 years after the creation of his company in Saint-Jean-d'Angély. The ice creams and sorbets, made in an artisanal way without gluten, coloring, preservatives or added flavors, are certified organic. About forty flavors either in pots or in cones, full fruit sorbets composed of 60% freshly picked fruits and 25% acid fruits, but also Italian style ice creams on crispy waffle cones. The creations are original, such as ice creams with fried foie gras, smoked salmon, or sorbets with red beet, peppers, piquillos and Espelette pepper.
