Marie Le Cossec is a Normandy gourmet who discovered a real passion for baking and pastries after a stint behind the ovens of the famous Royal Monceau in Paris. When she arrived in Bordeaux (to the delight of pastry lovers!), she first joined the team at the Taquin before opening her own store where she makes her pretty sweet or savory "teases" to be enjoyed on the spot or to take away. Her flagship products: chocolate, citrus fruits and apples, which she creates according to the seasons and her inspirations.
