Cyril San Nicolas is a master pastry-craftsman-chocolate maker. It is also a specialist in Bordeaux canelés and offers a signature pastry: "Le Cream'lé®". It is a canelé that has been emptied and filled with a pastry speciality according to the inspirations of the moment: salted butter caramel, creamy milk chocolate with lime, creamy milk chocolate and whipped cream mascarpone with vanilla from Madagascar, etc. We fall for the Thai nun made with choux pastry, cream muslin, coconut and lime, the chocolate, caramel and chips tart, the lemon meringue tart, the red fruit éclair, the vanilla éclair paris-brest and many other delicacies. Cyril San Nicolas also makes confectionery, pastries, sorbets, chocolates, macaroons, artistic pieces or mounted pieces.
