PÂTISSERIE ROYALE
Kenyout Salaldeen is very much influenced by its Indian origins: bright colours, spicy flavours, original tastes. This pastry-caterer trained in Bordeaux, but also with Meilleurs Ouvriers de France in Paris and Lyon. He learned the traditional and artisanal methods of production that today form the basis of his profession. He also studied artistic creation in blown sugar. When he creates a cake, he first looks for the harmony of colours and the visual rendering, the fragrances and flavours come next. Some cakes are made all year round, others depend on the seasons. The Pâtisserie Royale also sells chocolates, ice cream, confectionery, bread and pastries.
