GLLM GUILLAUME
Guillaume is a pastry chef and ice cream maker by training. After formative experiences within the house of Lenôtre and then in the United States, the young man launched his establishment on rue du Palais Gallien in 2013. A few years later, a new place opened in the Saint-Pierre district. Here, you will find a nice selection of breads, including an organic range, a snacking offer and artisanal ice creams. But Guillaume's strong point is his exquisite homemade pastries: how can you resist the Tentation, a chocolate and praline biscuit that lives up to its name?
