A journey in the heart of Italy. As his name indicates, let's start with pasta: they are fresh (gnocchis, soup, rigatonis, fusilis) or dry, craft, of unequalled quality and above all not in supermarkets, as shown by the brands to exotic names: Cipriani, Colunbro, Temporin (à ink, rocket, tomato, mushrooms). Fresh homemade sauces will accompany them ideally: pesto, bologna, Neapolitan, gorgonzola. In order to make a real Italian meal, it is set up on dried tomatoes, olives with almonds, and other oil artichokes that put in mouth and joy. Slate invites us to taste suggestions such as adjacent or the incredible saltimbocca (a thin veal steak rolled with ham and a sage leaf with a Marsala sauce) or a risotto. You can also order charcuterie or cheese trays. Sparkling wines (lambrusco, hydrogenated) or not (chianti 1999) and digestifs as mild as their names (limoncello, amaretto, etc.). Don't you!
