LA BOUCHERIE DES HALLES
Franck Barbieri, already present in Bordeaux, is a butcher, slaughterer and charcuterie artisan with more than 15 years of experience. He sells meat, but it is also possible to eat on site thanks to the installation of a plancha. A la carte: grilled Bazadaise beef chops to share, beef or lamb skewers, grilled pork plate, stuffed peppers, veal plank, not to mention the house's speciality peanuts without peanuts... These are small pieces of Bazadaise fondue meat marinated in spices and snacked on the plancha. The name refers to the old Bacalan silos in which Lesueur kept peanuts to make oil. The best part of the butcher's shop: the entirely homemade delicatessen.
