La Table de Donquichotte is proud to introduce you to the world of Spanish charcuterie, its regions and specialties.
We've selected the best of Spain and Basque specialties for you.
- Iberian specialties: Vela, Pamplona, Rioja or Salamanca chorizos, lomos, adobados or embuchados, botifaras and morcillas, and other costillas, Catalan sausages, gazpacho or tortillas
- Spanish ham treasures: Serrano, Duroc, Pata Negra, Teruel, Cebo de Campo, Bellota and the famous Jabugo 5 J Sanchez Romero Carvajal, alongside Jambon de Bayonne IGP.
- Basque specialties such as axoa, andouille, piment d'Espelette and sausages are sure to take you on a journey.
