It has been more than 25 years since this cellar moved to this historic street in Bordeaux, and 15 years since they introduced biodynamic and natural wines. At the time, these wines were far from being the norm. However, today, nearly 90% of Cousin et Compagnie's range is composed of organic or biodynamic wines!
