The "tenants" of this cellar call themselves "hidden winegrowers' hunters". A whole program... They regularly set off in search of small patches, guided in their quest by a few butterflies or birds. Then it is the encounter with the vine and the winegrower who must, above all, be respectful of his land and its biodiversity.
Wines are generally in the image of the person who produces them: generous, astonishing, both powerful and delicate. Customers discover these little nuggets thanks to the "Vendange du moment". They are accessible to all wallets, and satisfy all tastes and desires: red, white, vegan, organic, biodynamic and sulphite-free.
