Fabien Bouchereau, the founder, is passionate about wine, history and gastronomy. For more than a decade, he has been unearthing numerous old bottles, especially in private cellars. In his "Clos", he wanted to make the pleasure of a great wine ready to drink accessible to amateurs and epicureans. Over 100 m², he has more than 2,500 references, featuring a wide range of old vintages at low prices, great names, wines from well-known and renowned winegrowers, but also from talented new winegrowers. Nearly 600 references come from cultivation without chemical inputs, with a particular focus on biodynamic wines
