This address isn't exactly sober, given the number of beautiful bottles on the shelves. A humorous wink from the people in charge of this cellar, bar and even restaurant. The selections are small nuggets unearthed in France or in vineyards further afield, and are always genuine discoveries. The cellar, which boasts over 500 references, organizes tastings of wines, world whiskies, cognacs and beers, as well as one-off events; it also invites winemakers to present their treasures.

It took an event for the minds of Pierre Cassiau and Jean Trocard to meet. Jean shared with Pierre his desire to create a winery, and Pierre was immediately won over by the idea. Le Sobre was born on November 2, 2021. Our team welcomes you in this atypical place, by its architecture, with its vaults in the ceiling, which give a stamp to this establishment. An innovative concept: wine cellar from Monday to Saturday with about 500 references all together, to please the greatest number. Then, wine bar from Wednesday to Saturday from 5pm to midnight.
We are waiting for you on the spot, choose the wine you want to taste and sit down to spend a convivial moment with friends. Our range of wine is quite large, you will not only find Bordeaux wines: Loire wines, Burgundy wines but also foreign wines are proposed to you!

Très bon accueil et excellent concept de dégustation parmi une 15aine de vins. On se sert au choix 3cl / 6cl / 12cl à l'aide d'une carte fournie par le bar. On paye ensuite ce qu'on a consommé. La sélection des vins est variée et de qualité. Large choix à la bouteille aussi, évidemment.
Également bonnes tartines ou planches pour accompagner le vin. L'ensemble est vraiment de qualité, y compris la déco. Bravo à vous!
Tapas très bons, bien préparés, c'est pas de la "va vite" surgelé. Le prix est un peu élevé mais là qualité est là. Cocktail excellent. Bon accueil, disponible, horaires larges (continu).
Je recommande pour passer un moment tranquille.
