Located at place de la Comédie, in the city center, Cave du Comptoir offers more than 100 references and 1,200 bottles. Their wines come from the most prestigious vineyards in Bordeaux, but also from the Rhone valley, Burgundy and Tuscany in Italy, without forgetting their fine selection of champagnes. Here you will find wines ready to be tasted and also a wide selection of bottles to give as gifts or to keep, such as Château Mouton Rothschild 2005 and 2009. If you need an advice, the sommelier chef Nicolas Barbotin can guide you through their vast offer that goes from AOC Bordeaux (from less than €10) to the most famous pomerols, via the Hauts-Médocs, the margaux and even the Grand Cru Châteauneuf du Pape. You can also call for the sommelier chef for a private evening which will take place in the restaurant.
