Emile and Marguerite are in fact Thomas & Delphine. For the past two years these enthusiasts have been travelling around France to discover only spirits and beers (tastings, visits to distillery workshops, meetings with producers) and thus create the first 100% made in France cellar. They have to their credit more than 350 references of gin, vodka, calvados, cognac, whisky, rum and a dozen beers, most of them from Bordeaux. But they don't just sell or give advice: they are also developing a menu of cocktails and spirits in the region's restaurants. They also have an eco-responsible approach such as the elimination of packaging for example.
