MAMA SAMA
At Mama Sama, Samantha and Guillaume share their love of rhum arrangé. They explore a variety of flavor combinations based on old-fashioned recipes, updated and sometimes unusual, such as rum with CBD, rum with tonka, bois bandé, vanilla, or rum with cannelé... The rum comes from Guadeloupe, the couple's home island, and is "arranged" in Bordeaux. To accompany their creations, Samantha and Guillaume have created pâté terrines with exotic flavors (coconut, curry, soy sauce, etc.), including one with 3% rum. All their lovely bottles can be found in wine shops, delicatessens, but also direct from local markets or on the website.
