To set up a dairy right in the center of town was a daring move... Chloé and Claire have done just that, and have created a convivial place with second-hand furniture that can accommodate around twenty people. The address also boasts a large terrace, where you can sample their products at lunchtime. The two milk-entrepreneurs produce mainly pasta filata cheeses, but also fromage frais, yoghurts and milk. The "Do It Yourself" workshops, where you can make your own mozzarella or burrata, are a highly original and enjoyable experience.
