JEAN FROMAGERIE CRÈMERIE
New cheese factory in Bordeaux Cauderan.
Laurent founded Jean Fromagerie after a reconversion combining his childhood memories of Pyrenean farms with his passion for cheese. Around 80 varieties of cheese from Auvergne, Savoie and the Pyrenees are supplied by small producers. Laurent likes to introduce visitors to cheeses from other parts of the world, such as ewe's milk cheese with black garlic. On the shelves you'll find a fine range of delicatessen products: jams, oils and aperitif cakes, as well as a fine selection of wines, beers, bubbles... in short, anything to enhance the delicious cheeses.

Plein de produits qui mettent en valeur la région mais surtout le terroir français.
Au niveau des fromages il y a une belle sélection, notamment plusieurs fromages pour raclette.
La découpe des fromages est soignée (ils proposent aussi de découper les fromages à la tranche ou au gramme) et les fromagers proposent de la charcuterie mais également des patates!
À l’avenir je me rendrais toujours là bas.
